What does it mean? |
In simple terms the adverts that are found in each thread generate money. As a participant of the thread you sometimes get a share of the revenues. HTTPpoint does not control who/what gets paid. All we do is put your AdSense details and you get a share of the revenue. In a bit more details, 50% of the ads are shared between the participants of a certain thread and HTTPpoint. Technically speaking the poster has a little bit more chance to get their Client ID, but generally speaking it does not matter. The more you participate the better for you. |
What information do you need. |
All you need is to edit you user profile and enter your AdSense user ID. That way Google knows exactly who to pay and what they get paid. |
Where can I get a google account? |
Go directly to the google AdSense website and they will tell you everything you need. |
What are the minimum requirements? |
Basically you need to have an AdSense account, (see link bellow). And you also need to have a minimum of 10 posts. |
Where can I get the Channel number, Do I need it? |
A channel is used to differentiate where the clicks come form, so if you create an httppoint channel then you will know exactly how many clicks/view came from here. But you first need to create a valid channel. To do that:
You can give the channel any name you want, but Google gives it a number. To find what the number is:
That is the number you need to add in your control panel. I should point out that the number is optional, if you dont have a channel you just wont know for certain how much traffic is coming from httppoint. Google Channels: www.google.com |
