Peter Ricci

Peter Ricci is a writer, speaker and the creative force behind web technology companies Agentpoint, Zooproperty.com, Business2, Yakadanda and Yakadanda.

Agentpoint has designs & developing software websites for clients in the United States, Canada, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand and the United Kingdom since April 1997.

The companies flagship product Zooproperty.com is a software as a service platform (SaaS) that frees web designers to design & develop realtor websites without having to worry about building or maintaining the systems needed to store, manage & export (push) realtor’s property listings. Zooproperty then exports that data to a growing list of major real estate portals in countries including United States, Canada, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Peter has also been writing about Real Estate on Business2.com.au since 2002 and is passionate about real estate and technology. Today Business2 has over 700 articles and has a growing list of contributors to the site.

Ryan O’Grady

Ryan has 5 years experience working for a media and public relations firm with a background in business strategy, marketing, timeline management and design. Since then Ryan has designed and deployed various internet based business systems. Through these start-ups he has gained extensive experience in user interface & web design along with valuable knowledge regarding online marketing.

Ryan is a partner in Ginga, Agentpoint, Zooproperty.com, Business2 and Yakadanda and has been involved with them for the past 5 years. Ryan is responsible for client liaison, user interface design and project management, bringing a dynamic combination of skills to Yakadanda allowing him to successfully manage client expectations and web developer needs.
