Let me introduce myself: I am ER Gagit.

Food and Drink are my Game. I have done extensive traveling, eating and drinking in some of the finest establishments throughout the world. I have dined at El Bulli in Spain The Fat Duck in Brey, England, the French Laundry in Northern California, Route 66 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and the Le Tub in Hollywood, Fl, just to mention a few. I am often stopped by people asking me if I ate at a particular restaurant, where is there a good happy hour, or if I could recommend a place for people that are traveling. People trust my judgment because of my experience in the realm of food, service, presentation, and at a price that matches the worth of the experience.

I have decided it’s time to let the truth be told!

I have made a commitment to review an establishment every week, rate it and share it with my readers. The rating system is as follows:

5 Stars: Excellent

4 Stars: Very Good

3 Stars: Worth a visit

2 Stars: Steal the napkins

1 Star: Recommend to your boss

0 Stars: Order Chinese
