Learn to Fly Day set for May 19

The annual EAA International Learn to Fly Day event will be held at the Greeley/Weld County Airport on Saturday, May 19. 

The Aims Flight Training Center is once again hosting this year’s EAA International Learn to Fly Day at the Aims hangar located at the Greeley/Weld County Airport on Saturday, May 19, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (weather permitting). There will be over more than a dozen different airplanes on display, including a hot air balloon and possibly a Huey helicopter from F.E. Warren Air Force Base. 

The EAA and Aims will be providing short introductory airplane flights for $10 per person, on a first-come, first-serve basis. This is a great opportunity to come out and visit the local airport, see some interesting aircraft and go for a flight. Follow the link below for more information.
