Attend this event to hear Chicago's Innovation Leaders and HR Executives provide models of business innovation you can use today. This hands-on lab will help you unlock your creativity while learning how to stimulate innovation within your organizational culture. We'll examine business solutions for your most complex HR challenges. An optional session will connect attendees with several local non-profits seeking innovative solutions to their HR concerns.
The House of Blues, normally staging top-ranked entertainment acts, will provide a perfect backdrop for our HR VIPs. What better place than the 'main stage' to orchestrate solutions to this critical business issue! Register early....all top acts at the HOB sell out; this one will too!

8:15 Mick Napier, The Annoyance Theater: Learn techniques to let your creativity out and facilitate creative exchanges in traditional workplace environments.
9:00 Kevin Willer, Chicagoland Entrepreneurial Center: Listen and Learn how a culture of innovation can grow an organization and differentiate it among peers and competitors.
10:00 HR Case Studies: Hear five HR leaders describe specific solutions and outcomes to a business situation impacting HR delivery. Confirmed presenters:

11:00 Innovation Stations: Small group discussions to solve your most vexing issues -- facilitated by senior HR leaders and consultants.
12:00 Lunch service and keynote presentation by Tom Kuczmarski, Chicago Innovation Awards: Through his work with this award program, Tom is the expert on how innovation is embraced in local companies and how these efforts impact business success. He will share insights, stories and his philosophy on how to create successful innovation initiatives.
2:30-4:00 In this optional session presented in cooperation with Taproot Foundation, attendees will be assigned to local non-profit organizations for pro bono 'speed consulting' on an HR issue of concern.
