River2 Quick Start

spacer River2 is a River of News feed reader with lots of features.

spacer 1. Install the OPML Editor if you need to.
spacer 2. Choose Tool Catalog from the Misc menu.
spacer 3. Click on the Install link in the same row as River2.
spacer 4. Click OK to all confirmation prompts.
spacer 5. Wait a couple of minutes.
spacer 6. Enter this URL: 127.0.0.1:5337/rivers/admin/.
spacer You should see your river, subscribed to a few default feeds. It'll update every 10 minutes.

spacer To subscribe and unsubscribe and monitor your river: 127.0.0.1:5337/river2/.
spacer The Feeds command, in the menu at the top of the page, shows you what feeds you're subscribed to and lets you add feeds or reading lists.
