Method
To make Date-Tamrind Chutney:
Soak tamrind and date and grind finely with sugar, salt and chili powder as per your taste.

To make Green Chutney:
Grind all the ingredients

To make Dahi Puri:

  1. Make a hole in each puri.
  2. Fill it up with smashed patatoe,grated carrots,finely chopped onions.
  3. Over this add the sev and pour the dahi.
  4. Over this pour the date-tamrind and green chutney and garnish with chopped coriander and sev.
  5. Serve and Eat Immediately.

Ingredients:
1 packet - pani puris puri
1 cup - curds
1 cup - date-tamrind chutney
1 cup - green chutney
1 cup - sev
1 - finely chopped onion
1 cup - grated carrot
1 cup - boiled smashed potatoes
1 cup coriander leaves

To make Green Chutney:

salt
