As TMZ first reported, Willard's attorney has said he does not believe Fred did anything "in violation of any law."
The manager of the Tiki Theater in Hollywood says he didn't know who Fred was when he came in to the theater, but as soon as cops busted him, the manager says Fred told police "I did not do anything wrong."
The manager said he had never seen Willard before that day and noticed that Willard paid special attention to the rules of the theater posted on the wall before he entered.
