Come one, come all to the Kula!
Located at 74 S. Main St., Sol Kula (Sun Community) is a beautiful home for Moab’s yoga teachers, healing practitioners, and you. The Kula is Moab’s yoga and healing living room: a sanctuary in the midst of the hustle and bustle of daily life where you will find community and comfort.
Mel Gilles continues to teach her usual Tuesday, Thursday and Friday classes. Christy Williams Dunton is always there for your meditation and healing on Wednesdays. Lisa Carter is teaching five days a week to accomodate any schedule. And Gregory Lee Hood is now bringing Kundalini yoga to the Kula on Mondays and Fridays. View schedule.
Stop in the Red Rock Bakery before or after class for a little more local flavor. Come home to the Kula!
