Revisiting the Lord of the Rings

Eleven hours. Six nights. Three movies.

We watched the Lord of the Rings trilogy over the past couple of weekends. It’s overwhelming, but you should try to watch them all as closely together as you can.

A heart-warming tale of a boy and his cheetah

The Netflix queue is a fluid thing. Sometimes it holds chick flicks, sometimes 80s nostalgia, and sometimes it contains the movie we watched last night, a heart-warming tale of a boy and his cheetah.

Duma is a little predictable, but it’s still a very good family film. My only quibble: I wish they’d had more wacky country-cheetah-in-the-big-city moments.
