We are looking for an interaction/experience designer ideally with a background in visual design. Create well rounded experiences on web and mobile devices. Build great experiences, and help others to do the same along the way. We would like to offer the flexibility, openness and control over design direction that you would find at a start-up, but with the variety, peer-support and salary that you get in an agency/studio. Project ownership is key to this role

5+ years making and shipping beautiful products, sites, campaigns and other digital stuff.

Interest in customer experience/ strategy and user experience design.

Experience working with developers through Agile/ish processes. (we all know this does not really work in our environments – iterative is a better description)

Passion for great visual design and experience shaping design and art direction on projects

Strong drawing and Photoshop etc skills for visual design

Interactive prototyping skills

Must be able to challenge the traditional agency delivery method.
