Your Support Matters
Image exists because there are enough people who take joy in the electrical charge that happens when the livewires of art, mystery, and faith touch. The links above will lead to consider why Image is such a good investment, why the artistic experience is vital, and how you can make your gift to Image.
Image earns most of its income. Last year, 56% of our income came from sales and seminar registrations. And people volunteer to help us. So why do we ask people to give?
It’s simple. The donations help us do what no one will pay us to do: Ensure that the art that wrestles with the meaning of faith and the importance of mystery gets to affect our culture.
As the painter Bruce Herman recently said,
Image is serving a pivotal need. To use a Pauline metaphor, Image offers the kind of pleasure and nourishment for the ‘body’ that fine cuisine does. Like Babette's Feast, the nourishment is there even when those at the table are barely conscious of what they're eating. And that community around the table, like the folks on that little island, is often at war with itself and needing a really, really good meal.
Help Image make a difference in our culture. Be one of the few who cares whether these artistic expressions, at this time make it into the mainstream.
Please make a tax-deductible gift today. Every dollar you give makes a big difference.
