How Do I Place An Order?

When you see an item you like, click on "add to cart" and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click on "Checkout" from your cart to confirm your items, and enter your shipping and payment information. Once you've verified your information is correct, click on "Place My Order" to finish.

Society6 use SSL to encrypt our checkout pages. SSL is the leading standard for encrypting and transmitting sensitive data over the web. When you see "https" rather than "http" in your browser's address window, you are exchanging encrypted data with our server. This will prevent outsiders from obtaining any credit card information or personal data as it is sent to our servers.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order Once It Is Submitted?

Once an order is submitted, we immediately begin preparing it and therefore cannot make any changes. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order.

Shipping to a Different Address

During Checkout, you can specify a different shipping address than your billing address.

International Shipping

International shipping charges (all orders outside the U.S.) DO NOT INCLUDE the applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid at the time of delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Shipping Carriers

Society6 uses DHL in cooperation with your local post for all orders, to ensure that your products get to you quickly and without damage. Your order will ship within approximately 3 business days from the time it is submitted (this does not include Carrier handling or transit time).

If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple packages on different days.

Order Confirmations

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that Society6 has received your order. You will receive a second email when your order ships.

How Do I Check My Order Status?

You can check the status of your order by clicking on the "Order Status" link in your order confirmation email. You may also check your order status here.

How Do I Check My Gift Card Balance?

You can check the remaining balance of your gift card here.

Returns Policy

We do not accept Returns or Exchanges. If you received a defective, or wrong item, we'll happily replace it. Please contact Society6 Customer Support here. As part of the replacement, you will be required to send the defective or wrong item back to us, and we will reimburse you for the return shipping. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
