PERSONALITY ASSESSMENT

Answer the following questions
truthfully and to the best of your ability.
QUESTION 1

When you attend a party, you are most likely to...

Dim the lights to create a sexier mood - it's way too bright in here.

Stoke the tension between some of the party guests and watch the drama unfold; now it's a party.

I like to people-watch more than mingle

Check out the décor in each room of the party. Where did they get these vintage rugs?

I'm not just attending the party, I'm throwing it. Turn up the music and send someone for more ice while I shmooze my guests!

QUESTION 2

Your significant other wants to do some home renovations. Your first reaction is...

How much is this going to cost me?

When you say "yellow," are we talking more mustard-color or butterscotch?

Okay, here's what I'm picturing...

Can we add a skylight?

I get the concept you're going for, but it isn't what I originally envisioned.

QUESTION 3

When it comes to social media, your outlet of choice is...

Pinterest

Instagram

Vimeo

My blog

I don't use social media. Friends tell me what sites are hot. That's all I need to know.

QUESTION 4

You've got 6 hours to finish a 2-hour project. You...

Go get some coffee, check your email, re-organize your Blu-rays, eat some lunch, make a few calls, and then, with 1 hour to go until the deadline, you start cranking.

Get right to work on the project, tinker with it, and keep tinkering until the last possible second...and you're still tinkering even after the deadline passes.

You spend the first couple hours plotting out all the details, the next couple finding just the right materials, and the rest of the time perfecting the project. Voila!

Negotiate for another hour and then delegate the work to others at a lower rate.

Take all 6 hours to do the project because you keep envisioning this story about a guy who has 6 hours to rescue his girlfriend from the Russian mob, but only 2 hours to live...

QUESTION 5

Which do you find most interesting:

people

business

technology

architecture

movies/books/TV

QUESTION 6

You're on vacation and fellow travelers ask you to take a photo of them with their camera. You...

Quickly take the picture and then make notes re: your new idea for a spy movie about a murder perpetrated by an exploding camera.

Remove a chair from the foreground and re-arrange the drinks on the table, then you snap the picture.

Politely decline. You're late for lunch.

Make the tourists move to another backdrop nearby because the light is better there.

Insist on taking multiple shots. "One more time -- it's the best day of your life, you're really feeling it..."

QUESTION 7

You're a little...

OCD

ADD

Socially awkward

Moody

Egomaniacal

QUESTION 8

You just can't take it anymore - they've played that Gotye song one too many times. How do you exact your revenge?

You shoot a time-lapse video of life on earth dying out as Gotye sings that song.

You buy the rights to Gotye's life story for as little as possible, promising him a big payoff when the movie is made, and then put the project into permanent turnaround.

You publish a series of hilariously sarcastic tweets deconstructing Gotye's various deficiencies.

You shoot a short film about a one-hit wonder named Goatee who dies violently at the hands of an angry mob, and then upload it to YouTube.

You take a job designing the set for Gotye's next tour, but insist on projecting footage of Bon Iver on all the video screens.

QUESTION 9

The TV show title that best describes you is:

Mad Men

The Mentalist

Dark Shadows

Design on a Dime

The Closer

QUESTION 10

You're in a crisis situation - a bank robbery gone awry. You and others have been taken hostage. What do you do?

Talk to the robbers and establish a rapport. The longer you can stall them, the more time it gives the SWAT team to rescue you.

Covertly film the whole thing on your phone.

Quickly assess the building structure - where are the potential exits, and what furniture or decor could be used to overpower your captors?

Pray you live through this so you can sell your story: book, movie and video game...

You can't help it, but a montage of bank robbery movies is running through your mind: Dog Day Afternoon...Point Break...Heat...The Town...
