Go get some coffee, check your email, re-organize your Blu-rays, eat some lunch, make a few calls, and then, with 1 hour to go until the deadline, you start cranking.

Get right to work on the project, tinker with it, and keep tinkering until the last possible second...and you're still tinkering even after the deadline passes.

You spend the first couple hours plotting out all the details, the next couple finding just the right materials, and the rest of the time perfecting the project. Voila!

Negotiate for another hour and then delegate the work to others at a lower rate.

Take all 6 hours to do the project because you keep envisioning this story about a guy who has 6 hours to rescue his girlfriend from the Russian mob, but only 2 hours to live...
