I offer a budget website building service for those looking for a functional site but do not require the services of a digital media and design agency. There are two basic options, the first being the more popular:

1) A site based on the WordPress blogging platform. I will create a simple and effective site where you can edit all the copy. This is usually based around the blog layout but less bloggy designs can be achieved. Examples: Highbury Studio, The Scrapbooker, Magnus & Bella, Ikon Slow Boat.

2) A bespoke static micro-site adapting your design over a number of pages. Analogous to a brochure this would be updated once or twice and then left as a record. Example: Walking As One.

Bonus stuff: Drawing on many years experience I have a tendency to use 3rd party services and tools to make the job easier. This usually results in the client being introduced to ways of working they hadn’t considered, occasionally revolutionising their business practices.
