Same-Day Service
Use Continental QUICKPAK when overnight is just not fast enough. Your shipment can move from coast to coast in a matter of hours, not days.

Hub Transfers

Domestic transfers are made as expeditiously as baggage. International transfers can be made in as few as two hours in our EWR, IAH and CLE hubs.
International Service

International Service

Continental QUICKPAK provides an airport-to-airport solution to and from Europe, Asia, Mexico, Central America, South America and Micronesia. And our team is experienced in all aspects of international procedures and documentation.

In addition, selected international locations offer our QUICK-Clearance program, which allows you to recover your shipments as fast as possible. Your documents will be available for customs clearance within two hours of flight arrival and during customs operating hours. Please contact our Cargo Service Center for current QUICK-Clearance cities.

Tendering Guidelines

Domestically, we accept QUICKPAK shipments 30 minutes prior to flight departure at our QUICKPAK counters located in the terminal and within 60 minutes prior to departure time at our cargo facility. Domestically, we also accept international shipments up to two hours prior to flight departure time. For cities outside the United States, please contact our Cargo Service Center for specific tender times.

Tracking Information

Continental Airlines Cargo can provide real-time shipment status information through CargoTrac, our computerized reservations system. You can also receive status updates with our EDI service or log on to www.cocargo.com to track your shipments utilizing your air waybill number.

In fact, we guarantee that if any properly tendered QUICKPAK shipment does not arrive on the flight specified, you will receive a full refund of related shipping charges.

Payment Terms

For the convenience of our Continental QUICKPAK customers, we offer a credit plan
with monthly billing. Please request a credit application for details. If you haven’t yet been approved for Continental QUICKPAK credit, you may pay with cash, check or
major credit card. Shippers must prepay charges for all Continental QUICKPAK shipments. We do not accept collect or C.O.D. shipments as QUICKPAK.

Provisions

  • Rates apply to airport-to-airport shipments only.
  • We do not accept currency or improperly packaged diagnostic specimens for QUICKPAK shipment.
  • Each piece tendered constitutes a separate shipment.
  • Total outside dimensions should not exceed 90 linear inches
    (Length + Width + Height) or 228 cms per piece.
  • The maximum gross weight per package is 100 lbs. (45 kgs).
  • Declared value per air waybill may not exceed 1,200 U.S. dollars.
  • The 90 in. and 100 lb. limit applies only to domestic shipments.
  • Only aircraft capability and available capacity limit the acceptance of international QUICKPAK shipments.
