The main provider of content for our site is renegade photographer, Dan Kinasz. Born in Philadelphia, PA, USA ("a typical repressed Catholic upbringing"), Dan got his degree in Music and Fine Arts. Afterwards, he went on to a variety of routine jobs as a graphic designer, a gallery owner, a university lecturer, a soldier, and an industrial worker. Throughout it all, however, he maintained a central passion - photographing beautiful young models.

Dan has always been a traveler, and he has often been an American expatriate, living in London, Munich, and Moscow in the past, and now living jointly in Ireland and Moscow. What brings him to Ireland? His love of the culture. What brings him to Russia? His love of the girls.

Dan exclusively shoots Russian girls. He first visited Russia in 1991, prompted by his equal desires to witness history being made and to explore his own ethnic roots. Here, in his own words, is Dan's description of the infamous "Russian model" -

"Any American male who travels to Europe can't help but notice how much sexier and more feminine the women are. But none can compete with Russian girls for genuine, wholesome sensuality. Of course there are cultural obstacles that can be hard to interpret, but when a Russian girl is interested there is no mistaking it. And sex is a natural and spontaneous thing. If she agrees to a date, you are safe in assuming she's coming home with you. For Russian girls, sex is expressive, energetic and adventurous. She will make great efforts to be sure you are sated. The morning after you'll likely find her ready for another roll (and she's probably tidied up your apartment while you slept)."

"I try to establish rapport and trust with every model. There's an element of seduction in this, and it's not one-sided. Just as they try to please you sexually, so too do they try to please and arouse a response in the photographer. The best sessions occur when there is a strong element of sexual play between model and subject. It becomes a joint creative process as well as a sort of mating dance."
