There are two ways to manage your FlyLady membership (remember, our e-mails are sent via BigTent Groups).
Please see below to find help or instructions for the following types of issues:
To automatically subscribe to FlyLady, go to the FlyLady Group page on BigTent to receive an invitation to join via BigTent. Complete the registration information to become an “active” member of the FlyLady group.
If you have tried the automatic method and are still having problems, send an e-mail to Having-Trouble-Joining@flylady.net with the subject line “Having Trouble Joining.” Please include the e-mail address where you want to receive the FlyLady e-mails.
This group sends the basic reminder e-mails ONLY.
To automatically subscribe to FLYLifeLines, send a blank e-mail to FLYLifeLines-subscribe@yahoogroups.com. FlyLady has removed most of the basic reminders from FlyLady Group. She created the FLYLifeLines Group to send reminders only to the members who want them.
If you have tried the automatic method and are still having problems, send an e-mail to Having-Trouble-Joining@flylady.net with the subject line “Having Trouble Joining.” Please include the e-mail address where you want to receive the FlyLady reminder-only e-mails.
Always look in your junk/spam folder first.
Add these addresses to your email address book (or safe list): FlyLady @FlyLady.net, Kelly @FlyLady.net, no_reply @lists.bigtent.com

If none of these suggestions help, send a message describing the problem to email-problems@flylady.net. Please include the e-mail address you are subscribed with.
While you’re determining why you’re not receiving your e-mails, you can read them on the Web following the instructions below.
To read FlyLady’s e-mails on the Web, you must complete the BigTent registration and create a password to become an “active” member of FlyLady. If you haven’t created a password for BigTent, have your invitation to join BigTent resent so you can set up your online access to the FlyLady group.
Sign in to BigTent via the BigTent Log In page and enter your e-mail address and password. If you’ve created a password for BigTent but forgot it, click the “Forgot Your Password?” link. Once you’re logged in, the page will open to your BigTent homepage. Click on “FlyLady” to open the FlyLady BigTent homepage, then click on the “News” tab located at the top of the page (second tab from the left). This is where you can read all the e-mails.
If you have tried the automatic method and are still having problems, send an e-mail to email-problems@flylady.net and please put “Trouble Viewing E-mails on Web” in the subject line. Please also include the e-mail address where you receive the FlyLady e-mails.
You must be an “active” member to be able to change your e-mail options. There are currently three e-mail options to choose from:
To change your e-mail option for the FlyLady BigTent group:
If you have tried to change your e-mail option on BigTent and are still having problems, send an e-mail to the appropriate e-mail address (see instructions below) with the proper “Subject” line (see below).
To stop the FlyLady e-mails while you’re on vacation, click on the “Unsubscribe From E-mails” link at the very bottom of any e-mail you receive from FlyLady, and it will stop your e-mails. This will not unsubscribe you as a member. When you want to start your e-mails again, you will need to change your e-mail option (see instructions above).
If you have tried to stop e-mails from BigTent and are still having problems, send an e-mail to Going-on-vacation@flylady.net with “Going on Vacation” in the subject line. Be sure to include the e-mail address you are subscribed with.
To stop receiving e-mails from FLYLifeLines, send a blank e-mail to FLYLifeLines-nomail@yahoogroups.com. This e-mail must be sent from the address where you receive FLYLifeLines e-mails.
If you have tried to stop e-mails from FLYLifeLines and are still having problems, send an e-mail t0 Going-on-vacation@flylady.net with “Vacation FLYLifeLines” in the subject line. Include the e-mail address you are subscribed with.
Follow steps 1-6 in the “Change Your E-mail Options” section and select “every e-mail entry” to receive every e-mail throughout the day or “Daily Digest” from the drop-down menu under the “How I’m Notified” column. Click “Save.”
If you have tried to make the change on BigTent and are still having problems, send an e-mail to digest-normal@flylady.net and put “Digest” or “Every E-mail” in the subject line. Be sure to include the e-mail address you are subscribed with in your message.
Follow steps 1-6 in the “Change Your E-mail Options” section and select “Daily Digest” from the drop-down menu under the “How I’m Notified” column. Click “Save.”
If you have tried to make the change on BigTent and are still having problems, send an e-mail to digest-normal@flylady.net and put “Digest” in the subject line. Be sure to include the e-mail address you are subscribed with in your message.
Follow steps 1-6 in the “Change Your E-mail Options” section and select “every e-mail entry” to receive every e-mail throughout the day from the drop-down menu under the “How I’m Notified” column. Click “Save.”
If you have tried to make the change on BigTent and are still having problems, send an e-mail to digest-normal@flylady.net and put “Every E-mail” in the subject line. Be sure to include the e-mail address you are subscribed with in your message.
If you have tried to make the change on BigTent and are still having problems, send an e-mail to address-change@flylady.net and put “address change” in the subject line. Be sure to include the old e-mail address you’re currently receiving the FlyLady e-mails to and the new e-mail address you want to receive the FlyLady e-mails to in your message.
The FlyLady crew is not allowed to change your e-mail address on BigTent because we do not have access to your password. All we can do is unsubscribe your old e-mail address and quick-add your new address to our member list, which will generate an invitation to your new e-mail address inviting you to join BigTent to become and “active” member with your new e-mail address. You will begin to receive e-mails at the new e-mail address.
Once you have added a new primary e-mail address, you will also have the option to remove your old e-mail address. Remember that after you’ve changed your primary e-mail address, you’ll need to use the new e-mail address to sign into BigTent.
If you’ve tried to remove your old e-mail address and are having problems, send a message describing the problem and your e-mail address that you want removed to email-problems@flylady.net with “Remove old address” in the subject line.
To unsubscribe from the FlyLady BigTent Group, click the “Unsubscribe from e-mails” link located at the bottom of any e-mail you receive from the FlyLady BigTent group. This will allow you to read e-mails on the web. If you want to be removed completely from the group, click the “Leave group” link located at the bottom of every e-mail.
Note: Your e-mail address where your e-mails are being sent is included in a line at the bottom of every e-mail you receive from the FlyLady BigTent group. The text at the bottom of every e-mail reads as follows: “You received this e-mail because you [e-mail address] are a member of the BigTent group, FlyLady.”
If you have tried the automatic method and are still having problems, then send an e-mail to unsubscribe@flylady.net and put “Unsubscribe” in the subject line. Please include ALL e-mail addresses where you are receiving e-mails. Remember, it may take a few business days to process this request manually.
To unsubscribe from FLYLifeLines Yahoo! Group, click the “Unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of every reminder e-mail you receive from FLYLifeLines. This opens an e-mail to be sent to FLYLifeLines-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com. Your e-mail to this address must be sent from the same e-mail address you used to register with FLYLifeLines.
If you have tried the automatic method and are still having problems, then send an e-mail to unsubscribe@flylady.net and put “Unsubscribe FLYLifeLines” in the subject line. Please include ALL e-mail addresses where you are receiving e-mails.
If you have tried changing this on Yahoo! and are having problems with it, send an e-mail describing the problem to email-problems@flylady.net and put “Trouble Yahoo! Calendar” in the subject.
Many members have solved this problem by making changes in their own e-mail settings. Have you set up any “rules” or “filters” within your e-mail program to send the e-mails to a separate folder? Duplicate “rules” or “filters” within Outlook can cause duplication of e-mails.
For all other questions, comments, and requests, please send an e-mail to contactus@flylady.net and put “Contact Us” in the subject line. Please do not use the “Contact Us” e-mail address for questions about your e-mail subscription or to unsubscribe.
