Bio

crossfit is a way of life and major focus of our family: we own a box , Oside Crossfit, and not only train and help others develop a passion for the sport but my children , son and daughter both D1 soccer players in college, compete at crossfit a high level, regionals. I own an apparel company but consider crossfit my passion and work. I started crossfit as a result of high cholesterol and thru crossfit have altered my health and life! Competing in the games has been a goal and dream that i achieved in 2012 !

How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

i eat clean and follow Crossfit diet meats ,fish vegetables , nuts , seeds fruit and little starch and sugar

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

i am an affiliate owner, family owned crossfit Box - train with My son Ian and adhere to a combination of training programming from our affiliate and outside coaching

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

My Work/Rest Schedule

I usually only do 1 workout a day

I typically rest 4 or more days per month

i try to follow a 3 days on 1 day off and 2 days on 1 day off schedule of 5 days a week sometimes 6 with a 2x day
