General

The world of adult on-line entertainment is difficult to break into these days with so much competition and big budgets from the large producers. It takes something different and unique to make a site a success quickly. SimonScans is one such site, Simon is a pro photographer who got his site running around 3 years ago with content he’d shot himself. It was such a success for him, he stepped up his shooting, and the site became his full time occupation. Now SimonScans is a huge archive of all exclusive photos and video, all shot by the webmaster himself, which is pretty rare these days.

Content

Simon has recently given his site a long-awaited (and much needed) makeover, and it has to be said he has done a masterful job. Simple clear navigation and good-sized thumbnails mean finding sets you wish to view very easy indeed. The “Browse by Model” feature is useful for finding sets of one particular girl, and from this you also get an impression at the scale of content here. There has to be 250-300 models, many with more than one set. The coolest thing about Simon’s site is the girls themselves. This is a British site, and the majority of the girls are budding new models Simon has contacted by means of newspaper ads and word of mouth. Also Simon makes regular trips to Ibiza and actually walks up to girls who are on vacation and asks them whether they want to shoot with him. His success rate is very high, and some of the girls are absolutely gorgeous.

Video Section

The video section is fairly new, but he’s already added 24 complete videos split into shorter clips and offered in both WMV and MPG format. I can see this section growing into a nice collection if the stills section is anything to go on. The video themselves are crystal clear, and blow up to full screen with no problems. Mostly solo girl, there are some two girl videos also on offer.

Picture Galleries

Check out the samples and you can get a feel for Simon’s work. His photography is outstanding; the settings are natural, mostly hotel rooms and the girl’s houses. Simon clearly has a penchant for toys and spread legs with theme running through the majority of photo sets. As I’ve mentioned before, these are mostly new faces, not Euro-Models or American models shot by every photographer around, Simon makes an effort to find fresh talent and this, along with his photographic skill is the key to the sites success.

Updates

Simon is now adding 3 new photo sets every 2 days. This is a lot for a man who is shooting it all himself. I wonder if he ever gets any sleep. Highly recommended!
