Well, we did it guys!!!! The event has finally happened (thanks to lots of effort from this community) that we have in our possession a song parody project dedicated to H2G2 composed of exactly 42 songs. I'm so happy this generated enough interest to be completed, and I'm so proud to be in the company of so many other great authors. Thanks everybody for a blast of a project!!!! You guys are great.

I may look in on this project again from time to time, but for now there is no other goal to shoot for. For now, let's bask in the COMPLETE-ness of this and enjoy our work. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm thinking "Express Way" for "Birthday" even though that doesn't technically fit syllable-wise I think you could make it work... About the opening of the 1st book and then the Vogons destroying Earth for the same reason the construction company is destroying Arthur's house.

"So Long And Thanks For All The Fish" works with "Why Don't We Do It In The Road"

"Yick! Babel Fish" to "Cry Baby Cry" could work...

"Happy Eddie" to "Sexy Sadie"... About the ship's on-board computer


Revolution Number 9 is going to be really tough but the actual lyrics are crazy enough to be part of the Hitchhiker's Guide series.

Submitted 'HIGHWAY' to BIRTHDAY. Should be up tomorrow. Started on 'STEADY EDDIE'. I know it's not as accurate as 'Happy' Eddie, but if I can make it rhyme, I will.
