Hi,

I would like to stop autoresponder emails being sent to the customers while creating new ticket using .Net C# API library version 1.2.3.0, but I am unable to find anything where I can stop autoresponder emails.

I have had a look at PHP API library where there is an option called ignoreautoresponderer (while create a new ticket) but I cannot find anything similar in latest .Net C# library.

This option is very much important for the project I am working on and without this the whole project is useless. Can you please have a look into this ASAP assist me accordingly?

Hi,

I am trying to update my existing Kayako Ticket with Kayako.Net C# API where I am getting "NO SALT PROVIDED" error at runtime. Following is the code I am using.

I have attached a screenshot of the error for your reference.

private void AppendTicket() {
KayakoClient client = new KayakoClient(API_KEY, SECRET_KEY, API_URL);
TicketRequest ticketRequest = new TicketRequest();

ticketRequest.Id = 9293;
            ticketRequest.Contents = "Test from a test project. Append test successful.";

if (ticketRequest.IsValid(KayakoRestApi.RequestBase.RequestTypes.Update))
{
                Ticket updatedTicket = client.Tickets.UpdateTicket(ticketRequest);            
            }
        }

I have tried to look for the solution on whole Kayako API help, but everywhere I ended up with PHP help only. Can you please help me to fix this error and make above code working?
