How can I obtain replacement parts for my Step2 product?

Unfortunately at this time, replacement parts are not available for purchase online.  They can be ordered by calling a representative in our Customer Service Department.  Please call toll free 1-800-347-8372 Monday - Friday, from 8-5 ET to place your order. To help us identify the parts you need, it may be beneficial to be near the product during the call.  

Alternatively, you can utilize the "Contact Step2" form above indicating your replacement part needs and a Customer Service Representative will get back in touch with you to fulfill your order.  If choosing this method, please be sure to include a phone number where you can be reached during our normal business hours and to select "Replacement/Missing Parts" when submitting your contact form.

Replacement parts may not be available if the product has been discontinued.
