Welcome to the ad:tech tokyo 2012 Call for Speakers.
To submit a speaker, begin by filling the speaker application form in below.

In addition, the following tips can help as you prepare your speaking submission.

  • Submit your proposal(s) through the web site against the appropriate topics on the conference agenda.
  • Submit individual presenters (not panels)—where appropriate, we will arrange presenters into larger discussion for a session hour.
  • If you are an agency, publisher or solution provider, indicate whether you can bring a brand client to speak.
  • Specify who you are most interested in reaching in the ad:tech audience
    (e.g., agencies, brands, publishers, press, VCs?)
  • Explain the appropriate audience level for your presentation
    (e.g., marketing generalists, junior staff, seasoned digital audience?)
  • Let us know what you can uniquely contribute to the session conversation.
  • Submit structured content, including brand-specific case studies, best practices and tactics, industry research and trends, to educate the audience.

All submissions received will be reviewed.
We will notify speakers selected to participate in the July/August 2012 timeframe.
