My profile

The AER intranet has been redesigned and offer new opportunities for members to exchange information and publicise their regions and its activities.

Personalised login for members

  • What has changed?
All AER members will be able to login to the AER website (on the top left of any page: login/status) and access its new functions, including intranet documents, online registration forms, discussion forums and the best practice pages (see below).
  • How can you obtain your username and password?
Contrary to the previous Intranet system, usernames and passwords will be personalised. Each representative of a member region will be attributed a username (normally their e-mail address) and password (assigned by the AER Secretariat) which will allow them to register on line.

You can now apply to get your username and password!

Intranet

  • What has changed?
The contents of the current AER intranet have been incorporated into the new website: documents previously found on the intranet will soon be available on the page of the event or subject they are linked to. New documents are already available. Access to these documents will still be restricted to AER members.
  • How can you access these documents?
In order to view and download these documents, AER members will have to login when entering the website using their personalised username and password (see above).
You can use the old common ones to log-in the website and access to the new Intranet until you register. Please do register as quickly as possible.

Online registration for AER events

By mid-2006, members will be able to register online for AER events, by using an online registration form and their personalised login details.

Discussion Forum

The new website offers the possibility to create thematic discussion groups on the AER website. These are an opportunity for members interested in a particular subject to regularly update each other on recent developments, to discuss these and to seek advice from other regions active in the same field.

Regions'Space - Exchange of best practices

We will have the possibility to create web pages containing examples of best practice from our member regions. These pages will be:

  • based around a specific theme,
  • completed and updated by the member regions directly, by filling in an online form.
