Go to to my.aer.eu, then to "My account" -> "New access".
How to create an account on the AER website for a third person?
Follow the same procedure as for the creation of your own account, but indicate the email address of the other person.

Go to my.aer.eu, then "My Account" -> "Personal details" click on "Forgot your password ?".
