QPS Stats Views Behind
Starting approximately 9:00 AM UTC February 9, 2013 some maintenance for the DynECT Managed DNS QPS graphs have left the daily views trailing behind. Some customers may see a cliff-like render, exacerbated by the addition of resources to our query logs processors. Some adjustments are planned in the next few weeks to normalize this appearance, so that only complete intervals are presented through the portal, or when requested through our API.
Update: Daily views are catching up, but not all customers may have all of their daily QPS complete. Customers are encouraged to rely on their weekly trends as an indicator for their traffic pattern, until this status post is resolved. Thank you for your patience. DynECT Email Delivery will undergo regular system maintenance between 10:00 UTC and 11:00 UTC on Tuesday, February 19. Sending infrastructure will function as normal throughout this time, but website and API availability will be interrupted for a short time. Customers will also see a short reporting delay following the maintenance, too. Updated status will be posted here once the maintenance is complete.

RESOLVED: Phone issues for eCommerce Support
Our eCommerce Support (Dyn.com or DynDNS) phone system is currently encountering issues verifying account numbers, preventing customers from contacting us for assistance. This does not affect our enterprise (DynECT) customers.
Any Dyn.com or DynDNS customers can contact support@dyn.com for assistance and we will be glad to assist you.
Update: As of 21:54 UTC, our eCommerce phones are verifying account numbers properly, and customers can contact by phone for assistance at this time.

On February 13th starting at approximately 00:05 UTC and lasting until around 01:25 UTC there was emergency maintenance in our TYO location. RESOLVED: Zone Propagation Delay
Between 20:50 and 21:10 UTC, DynECT Managed DNS temporarily fell behind on zone propagation. Symptoms of this issue would have been delays for publishes to primary zones, advanced services such as active failover not executing as timely as usual, or provisioning of new zones.
The issue is resolved, and we are monitoring the activity closely. Please contact the Concierge team if you need any further assistance.
