Last day of winter and it’s another warm spring-like day here in Nozawa Onsen. We have some partly cloudy conditions and the forecast suggests a full bluebird later this afternoon so at least the visibility will make up for the warmth. Riding will be fun with the groomers being the pick. Runs will be slushy at lower elevations even this morning with mild overnight temperatures. Towards the peak we expect firm and fast conditions this morning, softening during the afternoon. An excellent day for practicing in the park and pipe with soft, forgiving landings.
