The Omaha and Lincoln Metro Areas are ripe with opportunities to make energy saving upgrades in houses and buildings. Workforce Development is a key goal within the reEnergize and USDOE Mission for the Better Buildings Neighborhoods Program.
RESIDENTIAL: Part of the development process includes training (see bottom of this page for upgrade contractor training opportunities). Many of our local institutions haveleveraged opportunities to discount the cost of training as an evaluator and upgrade contractor at the institutions listed below
A Residential Energy Evaluator is required to have minimum national training accomplished along with additional requirements
