About Us

Welcome to ULI in Chicago. As one of the oldest district councils in the country with more than 1,000 members, ULI Chicago is the preeminent multidisciplinary real estate forum and is in a unique position to convene industry leaders and policy makers to provide leadership in the region for wise land use planning, long-term investment and sustainable development.  ULI Chicago brings leaders together to address, and build consensus around solutions to, land use challenges.  We also provide a vibrant forum for professional growth and development.

ULI Chicago’s Program of Work is varied and broad, with particular emphasis on our Technical Assistance Services and our ongoing Regional Infrastructure Project.  We regularly convene events designed to promote interaction among members and focus attention on particular land use and development issues.

I invite you to click for more information about ULI or to see a schedule of local events in Chicago. Please be my guest at an upcoming ULI Chicago Monthly Breakfast Meeting and learn more about what ULI can offer you as a leading real estate professional.
