Hi there! My name is Wiep Knol, and I can probably best describe myself as a creative link marketer.

I live in The Netherlands, from where I run my company Gila Media, which offers link building services and consultancy. I’m also the co-founder of Linkbuilding.nl, a Dutch link building agency. Linkbuilding.nl offers link building consultancy, workshops, training sessions and campaign management for (mainly) Dutch websites.

I have been active in online marketing since 2004, and was invited as a speaker at several leading industry events, including Search Marketing Expo, Search Engine Strategies, SEOmoz/Distilled ProSEO and Affiliate4u Expo. My blog, Wiep.net, is a multi-finalist of a SEMMY online marketing award (winner in 2009), and is home of the well-respected Link Value Factors.
