As Fathom's operations manager-the conduit between our internal teams and external allies-Jenn yokes creativity to practicality, bringing clarity and focus to every facet of our responsibilities and commitments.

Jenn's day at Fathom sees her working closely with all members of the creative and production teams, and her trusty Mac, to develop systems, schedules and functional processes that fit everyone's needs. What Jenn provides with her innate sense of order is the framework within which creation can occur. At Fathom, Jenn finds the place where productivity and fun meet and align with team and client goals. It's her calm, organized nature that keeps that point in sight and the project on spec.

With a degree in advertising from the University of Florida, Jenn began her career in advertising sales and as a media buyer and has served as President for the Advertising Club of Connecticut. A devoted yogi and new mom (although long-time pal, black lab Izzie, wouldn't call her "new"), balance is an important element in Jenn's personal world, as well as her professional life. When not spending time with her growing family and her close-knit book club community, of which she helped establish five years ago, Jenn's downtime is spent in various formations of downward-facing dog as she devotes 200 hours towards yoga teacher training.
