Make sure items are dishwasher safe before loading.
Load items with soiled surfaces facing the center and keep taller items away from the center of the bottom rack, to avoid interfering with dishwasher components during operation.
Use only one pac per load, even if you have 2 dispensers. Place pac in main dispenser cup and close. Reseal pouch to keep remaining pacs dry and free of moisture.
Do not unwrap or puncture pac (this creates a mess) and do not handle pac with wet hands, as it will start to break down once exposed to water.
If you are getting residue on your dishes, you may find that using a rinse aid can help with this issue. We offer a safe, non-toxic rinse aid or you can also use white vinegar as a rinse aid. This can be added right to the rinse aid dispenser, if you don't have a rinse aid dispenser, ΒΌ cup of vinegar can be added to the bottom of the machine as you start it.
Note: Mixing different types of metal in a dishwasher can result in discolored or tarnished cookware. This goes for all dish detergents; it is a result of the different metals in the dishwasher interacting with each other. If you have washed mixed metal cookware in the past together with no issues our detergent should work just as well.
Please remember washing full loads helps conserve water.
