Beautynomics Adventures :Body Sculpting and Slimming With Cavitation!!

It’s a few weeks away, and I’m off to hit the beach. Nevermind the weather disturbances. I’m still very much optimistic that the sun will shine come Independence Day weekend. It always does, ever since I was in college, so call me audacious for always planning a beach trip during those dates. But then, I have another huge problem.

I’m going to the beach, and I’m surely going to wear a bikini. During my younger years, I could just wear one, look good in it, and feel good wearing it.

Let me tell you more about me. I eat ALOT ( yes, I binge ), and I hardly exercise. I try to, and I promised to, and as I was about to, I just colored my hair, and I was unwilling to swim in a pool of chlorine. Yes, you can hate me now. I’m a stubbornhead that way. Haha!

During my younger years when my metabolism was just plain cooperative, I can just do that and get away with that. But now, as I am getting older, the effects of binge eating has been catching up on me, and the first trace I saw? A bulge. Where ? Tummy!!!! Oh no!!! Continue reading

It was last weekend that Jacqe and I had a fun-filled afternoon of shopping. As we chatted the first half of the afternoon away, and played with makeup in her room, we made sure to have a detour at the mall before heading to the hotel for a wedding reception. Believe me, that the shopping “angle” of our afternoon was highly unplanned! Beautynomics Fieldtrip : The Yakult Plant!

There are things, that we cherish so much as part of our childhood memories, that often when we see that certain thing, it triggers wonderful memories of our childhood that we’d go back over, and over again. For me, it has got to be Yakult.

I grew up drinking two Yakult bottles daily, as I am addicted to its taste. If I were the only child, I think I would definitely devour one pack per day, but I needed to share my favorite drink to my siblings!

Last Saturday, a childhood dream of mine came true, as I was able to see how Yakult was made, at their only manufacturing plant in the Philippines, located in Makiling, Laguna. I was joined with co-Yakult lovers, also called as ” Batang Yakults,” Phoebe, Nikki, Trixie, Rowena, Jenn, Joan, Richard, Carlos, and Chrissie!

MAC Fashionflower Collection : Growing Trend Lipstick

I think that the first makeshift nude lipstick was just a dab of concealer on the lips. For eye makeup that’s too dark, it was a rule that only one feature should stand out, and features should not compete for attention.
