TriPollar Stop: Should You Go Get It?

By March 7, 2013 0 comments

Another day, another dollar, another desperate attempt to reverse the signs of aging.

When you hit up your nearest clinic or skin care salon, the anti-aging treatments they seem to use usually include injections and lasers. Eek! If either of those leave you as squeamish as they do me, then it’s time to talk alternatives.

My first instinct is to always find a natural home remedy, but I realize that lines from years of laughter and wrinkles from worry-filled sleepless nights can be more than some DIY’s can handle.

With that being said, if one of my DIY’s isn’t gonna get the job done then I want something that is non-invasive, moderately priced, simple to use and most importantly, effective.

Zenmed Acne Treatment Review: More Diverse Than Kim Kardashian’s Love Life

By March 5, 2013 0 comments

spacer Okay so that is clearly an overstatement, but you get the picture.

*cough* Moving on. *cough*

If you’re the kinda person who is looking for an acne treatment that has options for separate skin categories, then this Zenmed acne treatment review is undoubtedly for you.

Last week I mentioned in my opinion the 2nd best home acne kit under Exposed Acne Treatment, which is of course Murad Acne Treatment.

Although comparable to Murad’s line, Zenmed sits at number 3 on our list of acne treatment. Don’t get me wrong third place isn’t bad but it definitely ain’t the bomb diggity, which you’re about to find out. [Keep Reading]

Skincare Tips Straight Outta Asia

By March 4, 2013 3 comments

If you’re a regular around these parts you know my husband and I decided to pack our life into two backpacks, move to Thailand and really kick off married life how we always dreamed.

We’ve both been pretty good at living with few material things and keeping only those items with sentimental value which is why Asia and it’s lax-lifestyle seemed so perfect for us.

When I was initially packing my backpack I found it hard to fit in all my beauty and skin care products. I would rearrange and re-organize, trade a pair of shorts for a tube of lotion and all because I couldn’t seem to give up these products.

I wish I was kidding.

Murad Acne Complex Review: How Does Dr. Howard ‘Do’ Acne?

By March 2, 2013 0 comments

spacer By “Howard”, I’m of course referring to Dr. Howard Murad, the dermatologist who started his own line of skin care.

A lot of people don’t know this, but Murad was the first line of skin care to have been started by an M.D. This guy pretty much set the trend for what was to follow with a whole host of dermatologists stepping into the retail industry like Dr. Brandt and DDF Skincare.

If you ask me, I wouldn’t believe them just because they’re doctors.

Moving on.

The reason why I’ve gotcha here is to go over Howard’s line of acne treatment and more specifically the Murad Acne Complex Introductory Kit. [Keep Reading]

How Exposed Acne Treatment Can Supercharge Your Skin

By March 1, 2013 0 comments

spacer Ever since the introduction of Proactiv as a major at home treatment for acne, the industry has taken off in leaps and bounds.

The problem is, the majority of products that have entered the market after Proactiv did nothing more then copy the exact same process, adding no extra value to the ability of their product to effectively treat acne.

Exposed Acne Treatment however, did decide to take it to the next level, releasing an incredible NINE-piece acne treatment kit, 6 more then the majority of other kits on the market.

Today we’re going to be discussing the reasons why we literally had no choice but to rank Exposed Acne Treatment as the current #1 Product for 2012.

Here’s our official Exposed Acne Treatment review.

Quick Breakdown

Over the past 5-10 years new technology has been developed not for the purpose of targeting acne treatment, but instead for other issues like anti-aging or anti-wrinkle.

By February 27, 2013 0 comments

Alright folks, I’ve got a whole slew of names and if any of you know what they are then cyber high-five to you! Acrochordon, cutaneous papilloma, fibroepithelial polyp, fibroma pendulum are just a few of the fancy names for skin tags.

For those of you who don’t know, skin tags are little flaps of skin that hang off you.

They can appear on any part of your body, but most commonly appear in areas where your skin rubs against itself; such as eyelids, armpits, under breasts, groin, upper chest and neck.

By February 25, 2013 0 comments

You take pride in your face. Not only have you worked hard to clear your acne, moisturize daily, exfoliate regularly and do everything else I suggest, but you’ve changed your diet and lifestyle as well.

Something just doesn’t look right though. After a quick inspection in the mirror you realize the problem; your pores are the size of saucers. Eek!

Those little openings that allow your sweat, toxins and oils to secrete from are enlarged and in charge. There are several reasons why this could be happening to you, so let’s take a quick look at why and how to tighten pores naturally, shall we?

The appearance of aging can be a result of several different factors. From spending too much fun in the sun to stress-induced hormones, those fine lines and wrinkles have a way of sneaking up on us.

Getting ahead of the game and beating back the clock can come in many forms. One of those being Murad Resurgence.

Shedding Some Light on SkinBright; Will It Really Fade Your Dark Spots?

By February 21, 2013 0 comments

spacer Dark spots, age spots, hyper pigmentation, melasma and acne scars can all leave your skin looking dull, aged and well, worn! All of the aforementioned skin issues are things we can’t really control.

We get older, we get spots. We spend too much time in the sun, we get spots. We get pregnant (or use birth control to avoid it), we get melasma. We get acne…well, you can see how the list just goes on and on.

The one thing we can control in every single one of these scenarios is how we handle it.

Of course there are several products on the market that boast skin lightening results but do they really work? Today I’ll be looking at SkinBright, the so-called “#1 skin lightening cream on the market!”
