  1. a functional wishlist or gift registry

    This is beyond frustrating BC and has been asked for by customers for years and is STILL not being worked on...

    There needs to be a FUNCTIONAL wishlist/gift registry option. Currently the wishlist that BC offers is a waste/total joke. You can only add an item but not its product options. How can someone order something off of a wishlist/registry if they do not know the color or size options someone wants? Every other cart out there offers this so its crazy to me that BC does not.

    You need to have a wishlist where the person can choose the items they want and all of the options. Then, like for a baby registry for instance, friends can access their list and buy them items. I lose sales very often because I dont have this capability and other competitors do... Customers have called very frustrated being unable to do this. And to me this is just a no brainer BC...

  2. Logout Time in Control Panel

    The 10 minute inactivity logout time is way too short in the control panel. I should be able to remain logged in all day while running my website without the nuisance of having to log in every time i return to my chair or lift my head up to look at something while i have briefly not been looking at the screen. The inactivity logout time should be adjustable.

    A basic feature of other eCommerce platforms but not on the BIG C?

  4. Tracking Number Import

    I use the bulk import tracking numbers. The problem is there is no way to bring in the carrier like UPS,USPS. Our customers have no idea what carrier has their orders.
