I hold a Masters in Clinical Social Work. I’m deeply fascinated by human beings, our gorgeous brains, and why we do the things we do. And I’ve got the coursework (and clinical hours) to prove it.

In addition to coaching women, running workshops + leading highly-inspiring Body Lovin’ Projects, I write . . . with unvarnished truth & vulnerability.
