The horns in this bouncy lo-fi surf-garage number? Synthesized. But the off-key backup vocals? They're real.

This started up and I though "ohhh, niiiice..." and I waited for the lead vocal to start - no show. I really like the vibe and atmosphere of this (out-of-tune back-ups and all) but it really needs (to my ears at least) a lead vocal. How about it?

Yea, nice track. As far as surfing goes, this really does have a nice laid back "hang ten" feel. (Yea, I still "hang ten" whenever I have the chance!)

MajorDundee: I've tried a couple of sets of lyrics on it that weren't geared to the title, but I've got a set pending and I can ping you when it's ready.

snsranch: Thank you so much. :-)

The horns are synthesized and the bass is played with more consistency than usual in garage rock, which helps to round that atariesque feel. I don't think I've heard programmed (or screen-drawn, I guess) garage rock. Sounds good. There's a niche there, allaboutgeorge. Remember us when you get rich.
