So I go to play my newly installed Battlefield 3 Premium Edition which was installed a week ago. Guess what? Email invalid. So of course the only way to contact support is to have an account, which I registered for using my email. Tried going back into origin...no games. Tried clicking the BF3 shortcut and it wants my product code...no problem because I have it..right? WRONG. Code already in use. No way to contact a real person to find my frigging account. So BF3 is gone. Train Sim 2012 is gone...etc. ALL GONE.
Anyone here considering legal action?? Because I may be interested in getting in on it. This is rediculous. I'm cancelling ALL charges this week from EA or Origin and will sue for full game refunds. This is bullsh@@.

About the details, you can speak with an EA Customer Experience at help.origin.com.
1. Click "CONTACT US" at the bottom of this page
2. Input Product as "Origin", Category and Platform
3. Then you can select "CALL ME", "LIVE CHAT" and "EMAIL ME".
Some times, you need to wait a few minutes untill "LIVE CHAT" is available .
You also can get live chat in Origin. After you login Origin, please select "Help" -> "Origin Help". Then click "LIVE CHAT".
