With all the negative talk about the economy and electronic stores closing, it's going to be ****** for customers to experience your products (I spent a good 45 minutes at a Tweeter before I bought my Ref Series speakers). So my idea for Klipsch, what about decking out the back of a Mack truck with a home theater and bring your products to the people. Maybe you can park at a Home Depot and also give people ways to build a home theater in their basement or offer simple ways to enhance their living rooms where they currently watch tv and movies. You can also bring the truck to events, like up here in Boston we have food truck festivals. Maybe also offer demonstrations in the awesomeness of your speakers by plugging a guitar into the back of one? Maybe that's taking it too far. Anyway it just a thought from a fan. I love the new design, but I don't need the inline mic as I think it gets in the way/adds weight when working out. I just use an apple ipod shuffle as I like to have as little as possible on me when working out. Even better yet, would be to work with apple and put their player right into the headphones somehow so there is only a cable from earbud to earbud like bluetooth earbuds. You really only need a volume rocker, forward, back, an on/off and a mini usb plug on the earpiece. It will add some weight to the earbuds (maybe on the top of the ear?) but would vastly reduce the amount of cable clutter. Either way, I can't wait to get the new sport version since my current s4i are awsome and while lifting are great, fall out when running.
Blaine tag:thinktank.klipsch.com,2008-02-07:Event/13003872 2013-01-11T21:12:06-07:00 2013-01-11T21:12:06-07:00 I wish more products were made in the USA. [updated]
I’ve owned several sets of Klipsch speakers. I purchased my first pair because they were made in the USA. The last sub I purchased was an SVS for the same reason. I’m currently in the market for bookshelf or in-wall speakers. If I can’t find a good pair made in the USA, my next choice is a product made in Canada.

Blake said:

Well, they still do make the Reference series in the Hope Klipsch factory. But it has been missing from your product line up for quite sometime.. I have no idea why you would do that cause now the only other 5.1 setup that is decent would be from logitech lmao... Please remake the Ultra 5.1 and give it digital capabilities and be able to hook up to PC , PS3 and XBOX. But this time do not skimp on any performance features... Please include a good amp , and powerful sub that can drop to at least 24hz.Headphone hookups , all new forms of digital hookups and analog , remote control.
Anthony Galati tag:thinktank.klipsch.com,2008-02-07:Event/12955211 2013-01-07T13:49:13-07:00 2013-01-07T13:49:13-07:00 A IDEA FOR THE KLIPSCH DESIGNERS!! And drop the dual driver design. [updated]
The dual driver design and improper tuning leaves a very muddy sound and greatly recessed treble. These would probably improve if you used a single driver like the Image Ones or something along the lines. Also need to help the clamping force. And also need to use better paint that doesn't chip withing a month of using. The noise-cancel feature also needs to cancel the noise instead of boosting the bass to an intolerable degree of distortion. You present this product extremely well but it doesn't live up to the looks. It needs to be overhauled in my opinion. Style-driven ANC cans are still a small market and there is interest in it besides using Bose. You'd have a great product with some help under the hood.

Luke Spencer said:

If done right this could also slim down the design making them less bulky looking but still giving them the distinctive appearance and expected quality (if this can be done with a single driver).

Luke Spencer tag:thinktank.klipsch.com,2008-02-07:Event/12945801 2013-01-06T20:12:30-07:00 2013-01-06T20:12:30-07:00 Pair up a music library with each product that will "Show off" the qualities of each Klipsch product.
Luke Spencer suggested:
Make it unquestionably obvious to even the most tone-def individuals that Klipsch = high quality audio.
