Funding
Studentships
Funding for UK and EU PhD Students 2013 - 2014
Studentships will be available to UK and EU nationals who wish to start a PhD through the CDT in September.
The studentships pay all tuition fees and a full stipend for four years. Applicants must be eligible to pay home fees.
All UK/EU applicants to the CDT are considered for funding. To apply for a funded place, refer to our How To Apply page.
Funding for non-EU International students 2013 - 2014
International students who are sponsored by recognised funding bodies may apply to the Centre for Doctoral Training, but they will not eligible to apply for CDT awards.
Currently, funding is not available for International students wishing to join the CDT programme.
International students to the CDT must have obtained funding to cover the tuition fee and living expenses for four years. Evidence of such funding must be provided with any application.
It is still possible to apply for our standard three-year PhD programme. Details can be found here.
