2013 Grant Info Sessions

LMCC supports arts projects across Manhattan, from Inwood to the Battery, through its three regrants programs: The Fund for Creative Communities (The Fund), Manhattan Community Arts Fund (MCAF), and Creative Curricula. Grants are available to artists and organizations, working in any discipline, to bring the arts to local communities.

  • THE FUND & MCAF (Click here to RSVP)

  • The Fund for Creative Communities (The Fund) and Manhattan Community Arts Fund (MCAF) are community arts programs providing grants of up to $5,000 for projects that bring high quality art projects to places and people all over Manhattan. The grants are for Manhattan-based artists, organizations & arts groups to share their work and engage audiences and communities in the arts.

  • CREATIVE CURRICULA (Click here to RSVP)

  • Creative Curricula provides grants of up to $5,000 to teaching artists and arts organizations for in-school partnerships with Manhattan public schools to offer K-12 arts education projects in the classroom.

THE FUND & MCAF

Information sessions for The Fund and MCAF are offered each summer in 10 locations across Manhattan for artists, groups, and nonprofit organizations interested in applying to our grant programs. Sessions include a review of the programs and useful information to help applicants put their best foot forward.

There are no information sessions currently scheduled for The Fund and MCAF. Please check back with us this summer for new announcements.

CREATIVE CURRICULA

Information sessions are offered for Manhattan-based individual teaching artists and cultural organizations interested in applying to Creative Curricula. Sessions include a review of the program and useful information to help applicants put together a strong proposal.
