Dear DivX, I am having problem with some files recorded in mpeg-ts format. (1280x720, 50 fps, 24 KHz, 60kbps, streaming between 4 and 6 MBit)
When I use my (deault on this computer) the DivX HD Plus option (1280x720) the files size doubles in size. This typically happenes with movies, and a few other files.
When I use the DivX HD option, the files size remain relateively constant (no compression). Any idea why this happens? Thanks a lot! Arno in Oslo

To send us a file, use our FTP server. The easiest way to do this is to use a free program like Filezilla. If you aren't familiar with this process, there is a short video on Youtube that shows how to do this. In Filezilla, use the following details to connect:
Server: ftp://divxftp.rovicorp.com
Username: divxsupport
Password: gT6uch2y
Add your file(s) to our server. Then reply back here with the name of your file so we can be sure which one(s) to test.
Thank you so much for your help with this! We really appreciate it.
P.S. - I have updated your topic title to provide clarity.
