The Solution Center is the home for U.S. Department of Energy Technical Assistance Program (TAP), which provides state, local, and tribal officials with resources to advance successful, high impact, and long lasting clean energy policies, programs, and projects. The goal of the Solution Center is to help communities develop and implement successful energy efficiency and renewable energy activities and, as necessary, meet the conditions and guidelines of the State Energy Program (SEP), Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) program, and Better Buildings Initiative.
