Are you registered for the right classes in ASAP? ASAP sends enrollment data to Learn once an hour. Go to ASAP and check your official enrollment before calling Help.

Do you have the correct browser and settings? Learn offers support for most modern browsers. Check your browser at least once a week (browser updates come out often).

Login to Blackboard Learn

If you're registered and running the correct software, you should be able to login from the next page using your myUTSA ID and passphrase. All updates to your passphrase and email must be made in the identity management system.
