Partial Outage for Bigcommerce Storefront, API and Control Panel
At 7:18 am PDT, Bigcommerce engineers were alerted to a single server in one of Bigcommerce's data center having intermittent memory errors. The result was that a subset of requests were failing. The server was removed from rotation and errors stopped at approximately 7:37 am PDT.
