the Tracking System for Zebrafish Annotation
This system is used to track and aid in the progress of the annotation of the Danio Rerio genome by HAVANA. Havana annotation of the zebrafish is partly supported through a subcontract to the NHGRI funded ZFIN database.
As a researcher in genomics you can monitor and report on problems of the annotation.
