Stay tuned for updates!

Carl Sagan Day is a celebration of the life and teachings of Carl Sagan, whose many books, television appearances (most notably Cosmos), and NASA projects influenced a generation of thinkers.

Sponsored by Center for Inquiry of Fort Lauderdale, FLASH, and the James Randi Educational Foundation

A $3.00 donation is suggested, $1.00 of which will go to a local children’s charity.

There will be activities and presentations for practically all ages including rocket launches, face painting, Broward County Schools poster contest, music, presentations and much more.

Broward County was home to the first ever Carl Sagan Day event and we are celebrating our fifth year with a great line up of speakers and activities.  We hope you can join us for this family friendly event.

“Imagination will often carry us to worlds that never were.  But without it, we go nowhere.” – Carl Sagan
