CANNELTON – School-board members made it official at a meeting Thursday – they fired Al Chapman as schools superintendent, high-school principal and teacher.
Chapman did not appeal a suspension the board imposed Nov. 22 pending the terminations of his contracts and duties, board member Barbara Beard said Thursday before offering a motion to finalize the action. The vote was unanimous and no discussion was offered.
