We are excited to be a part of St Pat’s in 5 Points!

Both SC Pride and Harriet Hancock Center will have floats in the parade— and you can join us!

Be A PART of the SC Pride float! Float-riders need to wear our new A PART NOT APART tshirt, but can get one for just $5 prior to the Parade!

We also need lots of volunteers to help us man a Beer Truck at the Event! There are two shifts (9am–1:30 and 1:30–6pm) and you can choose either! (Keep in mind, parade-goers can’t be on the morning shift!) Beer Truck volunteers need to be 21 or older and not consume alcohol during their shift. You’ll receive free entry to the festival and lots of fun swag, including a free SC Pride tshirt to be worn during your shift! (We’ll have a pop-up change room for you to use, as well!)

If interested in either (or both!), fill out the form below!

The Parade Float

If you’d like to ride on the float, please arrive at 9am on Blossom street, in between the blocks of Amherst and Chatham Avenues, near Earthfare. Our float is number 38. Please remember that all float attendees will be able to purchase the new Pride tshirt to wear that day for only $5 ($10 off)!
The leaders for the Parade for any questions are JUSTIN WISE and NICK KASK.

The Beer Truck

The first shift starts at 9am. If you wish to take advantage of the free parking, it is at Capital City Stadium, and their will be a shuttle from there to the festival volunteer station. To use the shuttle, festival officials advise you to arrive an hour in advance. PLEASE be in your PRIDE tshirt to Volunteer! THIS IS A REQUIREMENT! We will have some available at our beer truck there if you don’t already have one. They are free to volunteers of the Beer truck. The volunteer check-in is at 2002 Blossom Street. Please be there a little before your shift at 9 am. Remember, you get free admission to the festival for volunteering, and CHIP WADE is your morning shift director for SC PRIDE. For those volunteering for the 1:30 shift,  JEFF MARCH will be your shift leader.

Fill out this form to volunteer!
